I wish your fellow citizens would think and act like you do. Instead they have thousands of children killed this year alone, by fellow children. And we're still in May!

This is a poem that makes the reader feel good. Excellent use of words that have a spiritual feel and flow to them. I like how you state Jesus is waiting patiently for us, a nice pleasant thought.
