This is a fine lullaby that sounds like something parent would use. Do parents give lullabies anymore, or are they things of the past?

I found these lines charming:

When your dream is finally through,
wake up to the ones who cherish you.

Your well-rhymed poem has a gentleness and playfulness:

The moon and stars say it's time to sleep.
My little one close your eyes and dream...

Thank you for this nice review. I certainly hope that parents still sing their children to sleep. I remember my mom singing to me...: the most beautiful girl in the world is my Sharon, pretty Sharon.... I felt so safe and loved. She didn't make the song herself but she put her own delightful twist on it. Thanks again.
