A clever well rhymed write with great flow and sentiments,
my favourite stanza is:

Perhaps it suits oppressive folk
to make us think we're full of sin;
by making us heed their advice
the outcome is, we lose, they win.

So true! Love Dolly x

Hi Craig,

Good use of your word of the day here. good overall piece too. The idea of having to atone for something thousands of years ago brings new meaning to holding a grudge.

I also struggle with the murderer, rapist or whatever who repents gets into heaven but a good man who did seldom but good deeds gets to burn in hell for exercising their apparently God-given right...

G

    Re grudges- it certainly does, G. And yes, it's funny how we are told we can't possibly be moral without God, but his idea of morality seems just a little off-kilter to me. Many thanks for a great review - Craig
