Any is unrestricted choice. My intent is to be quite different - thank you. How does it not meet the prompt? Did it say, specific bird?

Now this is a different five - seven - five Bye bye Blackbird writing prompt entry. Have you specified a particular bird, or did I miss that? You have followed the guidelines and I wish you good luck in the contest.

Prompt was any bird not a particular bird. To do well, creativity must not deviate very far from the expected. The idea is that everyone will have a favorite of the birds mentioned. I prefer birds that fly. If I were a pot smoker I might prefer a kilo. But the choice makes it specific.

You do have to reach out and do the unexpected. If nothing else, for your own creativity. How big of a bird would you need to carry 2.2 lbs. of pot?

A bird is what designates where the pot came from. Don?t really understand if but ... creativity works az long as it does not stray far from the beaten path. No artist makes money being to far out there. Im trying to push boundaries - foolish in a popular setting like fanstory. You are quite correct- just trying to exercise creativity, not win popularity contests.
