Yes, when we act like chameleons, we do lose our sense of self identity in the process. Great message derived from the interesting reptilian creature. Lizards are cool.

He looks quite cute actually, so I guess the transition worked for this little lizard.

Good stuff Bill and g'day, eh.

Great photo. Cleo is excellent. I like that you matched the colors to the pictures. Well, I suppose the chameleon deserves some credit for that. He's decked out in brilliant colors in this. Great line about identity blurring. He could go to Washington, DC and be a change agent. Clever presentation. judi

Thank God there are no humans able to morph into people and or things that do not resemble their true selves. That would make identifying a criminals next to impossible. Let's see, well officer he kind of looked like George Washington, then he changed to look like Ben franklin, then he changed ...

Why did you not enter this into one of the many 5-7-5 contest? I guess we get from the the title what is being discussed. I could not get there from the poem. Then I went back up to the title and reread. So, my bad. Nice job. Thank you for sharing

As I read these pieces I am amazed at the skill you and other authors show.
To create a piece with such an impact and clarity.

This to mens a true representation of what so many go through and are impacted by.

Using the photo of a chameleon was tactful and reinforcing of the strength of this piece.

Good job and well done.
