I love the artwork as well as your poem.
Sometimes letting the tears fall relieves
a lot of sadness and pain and we are able to
see things in a new light. The colors return
to our world of grey.

"Tears are a blessing from our bodies"... I don't know exactly what to say about this. I have so seldom cried in my life. Perhaps there are other ways our bodies deal with emotion. I'm not being critical, just thinking. Best wishes.
