Powerful descriptors used to characterize unscrupulous creditors who take advantage of the poor. Thankfully, I have never had to be in the position you describe, but I do know it exists. I appreciate the sparsity of words to describe this situation. Well-crafted!

Ran out of sixes. Great work. You should be comforted that a Member of the Trump administration has dropped charges against a predatory lender after receiving substantial contributions or at least that is what I read. Fake news?
After Cirizens United money has far more power in politics. Sad

Hi Nassus, you paint a startling, and very true picture of creditors and the way they can appear to be the generous benefactor who will lend money to people who are in difficulty financially, but who, in fact, put them in even worse debt by charging exhorbitent interest rates. Great accompanying picture. Just read your author notes. I seem to have repeated what you have said. LOL. Warm regards Dorothy x

A very well-written six line poem. It is easy to fall in a trap to borrow money from loan sharks but they will not rest until you pay their money back at the highest interest rate possible.

Well done. It flows very well, very short lines and it moves very quickly. Although it is a collection of adverbs with adjectives and nouns it makes its point and I like that. I would think or like to think that after all of the preceding defamatory statements that the ending would have been much more astounding. Thanks for sharing.

You're right with this well written poem.
Far too often, it is the poor and disadvantaged who get skinned,
and the loan sharks are just about everybody including banks and
even the state.
