Very moving poem... I think it is so awesome that you are giving back to him, and the world for your recovery and well being.. if people were to adopt a mindset - that in helping someone else, it helps them... the world would be such a better place to live in... I send him, and you, prayers and blessings for health and well being..

Diana , Thank you, you are very kind. Yes, that?s him, but an older photo. He has aged in 6 weeks since the diagnosis.i do so appreciate your valuable prayers for him, I know he will do too

Hello, the 'gofundme.co ' is a great resource for people who can't afford to pay for medical bills. Someone close to me sought help for cancer in America without any results, thankfully cost wasn't a problem, but for many it is. She didn't beat cancer, but she had to try and that kept her alive for longer, in mho. I feel for your friend and wish him all the best in his search for a cure, or do get it into remission. And this is a lovely verse you've written to help him.
Thanks for writing and sharing with us, not only in the poem but the author notes as well. I have no suggestion for improvement and hope you raise a lot for him, he sounds like a gem, Ana.
