Hi Patricia. Often we do need a moment of respite, take a break from everyday life, to heal our soul. Your short poem catches the reader at that moment. Nicely done. Marilyn

    Hi Patricia. You will do just fine with your move. I did it at 72, so you will. I moved from California to Wisconsin, driving all the way with my invalid ex-husband and 7 animals in a Jeep. Think of it as a great adventure. Hugs, Marilyn

A unique way of saying "Let go and let God." Excellent verb choice of 'crawl'. Alliteration with wants, what, and will; because and best. End rhyme with best and rest.

Comforting words, I always feel my best with the Lord. He does want what is best for us, we are His children, and He is our father. I love feeling Him near to me, it makes me strong and helps me through all situations.
