A very well-written poem describing the meaning of eluscate which means to turn a blind eye. It is sometimes preferable than to make a scene that nobody will understand anyway.

Great one. This is exactly how I feel when I go to a polling booth, Stand in a long queue and wonder at the fate of my children who belong to next generation.

Hello, dogma is indeed a powerful force. I enjoyed this political poem and appreciated your sentiment. I'm also rather disappointed by the lack of strong political leaders, Worldwide. 'Where have all the statesmen gone, long time passing ... a long time ago...' I think that old folk song says. I enjoyed this word of the day, and think the poetry coming from this idea of yours is very interesting. Thanks for sharing it, Ana.

Thanks very much, Ana, for your continued support in reviewing. Jacinda Ardern, the NZ Prime Minister, seems to be someone with great potential. Apart from that, your guess is as good as mine. Cheers, Craig
