I enjoyed this part, especially how the wolf just sat and watched her. Then he gifted her with a whole berry bush! How sweet was that! I think the wolf will be back soon. I hope.

its' okay I won't hurt you. (it's)

Seems you adopted my idea of fire after all. She was lucky with the wolf I guess, but the important thing in the wild is to be as comfortable as possible and warmth and shelter along with water and food are definitely the priorities.

LOL, now you know I couldn't give it away; so I will give you the credit. Sorry I just have to tease you now and then. She was taught well by her brothers. Thanks for reviewing and for your comments.

This is another fine chapter to the story. I enjoyed reading it! I love the tenderness of the wolf and how it protected her. I look forward to the next chapter.

This is such a nice chapter to your story. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. Clear and interesting. The inclusion of the wolf and how they helped each other is charming. I did notice one little typo here: "Thunder rumbled in the distant (distance)." Marilyn

Hello, this sounds like a good additional chapter for your book. Rachel is an engaging character and your descriptions of her survival are interesting. Do you have an interest in survival skills? I didn't notice any errors, and enjoyed your fictional story, and will keep my eye open for other chapters, bye, for now, Ana.

Thank you so much Ana for reviewing, I really appreciate your kind comments. I guess it is not so much an interest but more so that I was taught well.

I really like wolves, they are loyal to each other and if you are lucky enough to gain their trust, they will guard you the way they would their family. This is a lovely story, Alie, I'm really enjoying it. She certainly knows how to look after herself. I found a couple of little nits. There was also one more I forgot to mark it was the 'sun glasses' they are one word. 'sunglasses' Really enjoyed it, my friend. :) Sandra xx

Suddenly the sky became (over casted) [overcast] one word and no (ed)
There was no(t) sun

Aww thank you so much Sandra for reviewing. I really appreciate your comments and of course the corrections. I write it, I read it and then I copy and read it again lol and still leave little nits. I will fix them shortly, thanks. It is interesting because I was blessed with two totem animals- the eagle and the wolf. My friend in school has a pet wolf that he saved as a pup and I agree it was loyal and protective. I think I was lucky because I spent so much time there I was part of the family.
