This is a good entry for the contest. Only seven words. You have a
Message and you even rhymed for a bonus. Not sure what Faith had to do with the soil. But, must be something to do with praying for good crops. Good luck I. The contest. Thank you for sharing

Hello Pam,
Thank you for your excellent rating and review.
Oh my goodness! Faith/Hope/Trust has everything to do with growing anything be you a farmer, gardener, parent, writer... But for a farmer, it is absolutely necessary... Thank you again!

Well done with just this seven words you've given such a great description of a farmers hands, not an easy challenge to convey such a good message of the endless work of our farmers.
Well done.
cheers.

No one has more faith than a farmer. He plants, waters, and weeds his garden and trusts that God will supply the necessary sun and rain to produce a crop.

Such great tribute to farmers who work so hard toiling over our fruits vegetables. They have to get their hands dirty to feed this big world. Well written. Liberty justice

This is a great entry for the seven words poetry contest. One gets to understand the hard work being put in by a farmer through his work. And all this within seven words. Many thanks for sharing this insightful poem.

You get my vote with this one.... both the picture and the words say so much,... "farmers feed cities" and yes so many don't know. I grew up on a small family farm and I saw how hard my Dad had to work every day. We knew where everything came from and we appreciated everything we had. Today's world seems such a far cry from this now. Nicely done.

My Grandmother always insisted there was healing in the earth and she had the best garden around. You've done a good job with only seven words and you chose the right art to showcase your poem. Good luck!

Hello Beck,
Your grandmother was a very wise woman.
My mother always told me to leave the world a better place than how I found it, and by that she meant take care of the land...
Thank you for your excellent rating and kind review...

So few words and yet great imagery. Even without the picture, which Is wonderful by the way, your words bring to mind the hardworking men and women who keep us fed.
