Apparently they've shot and killed at least four "Russians" and even Anderson killed one of them. Why would they be foolish enough to storm a heavily guarded compound-like condo in the middle of Chicago?, they must be desperate. But the police have comevandvtaken care of three more. Your action scenes to me were just fine.
The only one think I wonder should be in this chapter is- when Anderson sat Shanna As she sat in a chair, he handed her a flashlight and kissed her cheek. "You'll be safe. I promise.
((( Don't use the light any more than necessary. I don't want them to know you're here."))) If Anderson wanted Shana to be safe why even give her Flash light?
