My heart feels for those who are caught and can't find help. May your well penned words, and complimenting art choice, help another that is struggling to hold on and never let go.

I still talk my oldest daughter through hers and it takes all I have so you have nailed the process completely. Very well done

I suffered from these for TEN years after a trauma. A place called The Midwest Center has auditory programs which explain them and Anxiety. Lucinda Basset is the director. I used to take them with me, she explains everything, and how to stop them.
Thanks for reviewing my friend

Hi, Trisha;
I have been very lucky in all the years of suffering from depressions and mania. I've never (knock on wood) had a panic attack. Whenever someone tells me about one, I just marvel at their ability to come through it.
Thank you for sharing this information in a poem describing the feelings,
~patty~

You are welcome . I was terrorized by them, and flew across the Atlantic to Europe each summer for TEN years. Each time I was petrified of having one ( which of course makes them worse)
Thanks so much for your compliment . Hugs Trisha

The verbal structure of the story reminisces a proliferation of attacks that give rise to moments of bewilderment in the protagonist.
The work highlights the unsettled nature of the protagonist and his urgent quest for needed succours.
The work constitutes a significant commentary on the overbearing burden of giving precedence to disease management over curative medicine.
Excellent work!Keep the flag flying!
