This being a poem or rather written in poem for,
I'm not sure what spellings were meant to be the way
they are done (e.g. mes up) or whether those are spags.

Although I'm a prose person and pretty poor in writing poetry,
I love reading poems like this, poems that have some meaning
for me and give me something to take away with me. So it's not
a wonder that I would read an excellent poem like yours.

I can relate to your friend's problem! Any excuse to avoid doing the paperwork for tax and I take it. The last minute is the only motivation and then there is an almost insuperable mound! In my case, when I decide not to do it until the last minute, I guess you could call it ADD - another dumb decision! LOL. Your friend expresses the problem rather well!
