I see a little bit of me in both and the crossover has to be horrific to have to go through when there is more than one at a time. Thought provoking

It IS a living hell, you never know which of these horrible symptoms you are going to wake up to. And often, I have ALL of these happen at once. On those days I stay in bed. If it wasn't for my dogs I would never get up but they need walking and that is good because I would become diabetic from lack of exercise otherwise. Even seeing close friends terrify me, at least those who haven't been pushed away by this dreadful illness and don't understand why I am not able to meet up. I am so sorry you suffer this also. God bless you, and I pray that your burden will lessen. I know I will have mine for life. I always had it. It just gets worse with age and that is a terrifying prospect in itself. Love and best wishes and kindest regards Meia xxx

I suffered ten years with panic disorder after traumas, I get a sense that maybe you have that too. But you need to find A DOCTOR ( even a Psychiatrst ) near you who can diagnose and properly treat it. The Midwest Center sellls a package of depression and anxiety, including panic nformation. I used them when I flew acjross the Atlantic each year, I was petrified.of panicking while flying. Thank you so much for the sweet review my friend, I am now thankfully free of it,.im going to Post your review in the book sooon. Take care, if I can help, let me know!
Hugs, Trisha.

Very nice job! I am always glad when I see people list symptoms and raise awareness of such debilitating diseases as these. It is because of people like you that these diseases are funded.

Bucketlist, have you gone to a Dr.,I'm not sure it would be helpful for someone to diagnose you through a poem. Your poem is describing how you feel and asking for some advice from someone who may feel the same .Good luck my friend.

Good point. I?ve changed the title, and put an author?s note for doctors diagnosis.
Thanks for reviewing

This speaks author's dilemma of proper categorizing, identifying own level of suffering from disease but asks for rescue from the dark hell; well said, well done. Keep writing. DR ALCREATOR
