Some areas are noted for the finicky weather which could change quickly. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very interesting read. There is good imagery.

Fred was irritated that he had to get out in what was becoming a windy, cold day but he had to find Betty. This was going to be bad and Fred knew it. ' Wow...so much excitement here...this is quite breathtaking...a really enjoyed it and will definately look out for the next chapter. I am dying to find out what happens. Well done warmest and kindest regards Meia x

Thank you Meia, I truly appreciate your feedback. I am about to post the next chapter mainly because I want to get my book on here as quickly as possible so I can have it all together. I am happy folks are finding it interesting (and, yes, even exciting). Thank you again.

You tell tales like my father used to (but you seem so much younger), so they really touch my heart. He was a good story teller like you and his childhood was much like Betty's. Thank you for keeping that part of our heritage so much alive. You do it well.

Thank you Debbie, I appreciate your feedback more than you know. I keep telling folks I'm not a writer, I'm a teller of stories and even though my book is fiction, probably 90% of it comes from tales told to me by my parents (which by the way were Lloyd and Betty). I hope people just enjoy this. I'm older than dirt! LOL
