Perhaps innocence is the ultimate wisdom. Sometimes we look too deep, searching in dark caverns for something that is right before us, in the light. A poem that strikes a chord.

Pure innocence, may he never lose it. I have six kids. When they were born, I immediately counted their fingers and toes. This is the first time I've seen a baby counting his own fingers.
