Thank you for your kind review. I originally wrote the last line to read: May your words endure... but reconsidered as to regard ?endure? as to live on is not readily recognized... Challenging!

I think I like 'live on', best, it suggests a kind of immortality, rather than simply not going away (if that makes sense :) ) -James

Fine tribute to Alvin. He is missed by many. I thought it a nice gesture to choose him for this contest. I knew him even before coming to FS, from a different poetry site. He loved words, and especially haiku, with intensity! Lovely artwork choice too.
