You had me at "chocolate and chardonnay," Great title and great way to describe the pairing with one being prose and the other poetry.

Do you mean "Chardonnay" with an "a" in the title?

Chocolate is poetry such lovely metaphor. Yes chocolate hasa smooth rhythm of its own --a smooth happy tone. I dont know what that wine tastes like since i dont drink but looks like its beauty speaks for itself. Liberty justice REAL NICE

I wholeheartedly agree with you about chocolate and wine. Though I prefer Pinot Grigio. Though, though my brother the restaurateur says chocolate should always be paired with red wine. Family always makes things better.
