"My husband drove no words were said" (maybe add a semicolon after 'drove')
"But Russell there" (a comma after 'Russell')

Hi Gloria, Thank you very much for your kind words. Yes Cancer is horrible and Russel was only 58 and we shared many a good time. We last saw him at our Christmas bike breakup and he was struggling then bit came. We took some great group photos' and when I said goodbye to him he hugged me tightly and there was a tear in his eyes. I cried all the way home knowing that would be the last hug Farewell my friend . Hi Teri. Thanks so much for your review and condolences for my friend who died on the 12/1/ 2018 . He actually died yesterday which was the 12th January in Australia. It is the 13th Jan here today . Not sure what you mean that 12-01-2018 is not right.? Can you let me know Cheers My friend Christine

My brother has been gone since 2011. Six years I believe. My math isn't so great. He was diagnosed with terminal cancer in August. He thought he'd drive to Tennessee to see his daughter for Christmas for the last time. He didn't make it that long. He soon was admitted to hospital and they made him comfortable. He passed away dec 4 2011.
Your poem and message made me think of my brother. Cancer is a horrible disease.

Sorry for your loss.
Russel's daughter was married in December and so he was able to walk her down the isle . But he had an aggresive cancer and we all last saw him at our annual Christmas party and he gave me the tightest hug as we said goodbye. Cheers Christine
