Thank you. I must admit that during a time when I was an adolescent, trying to write a poem using the titles of popular songs was a thing. Some were pretty god, some others sucked as you might imagine.

I thought your poem faltered a little towards the end - 'you are my girl and I'm your boy' seems a little trite - just there to find a rhyme, perhaps. The next two lines, as well lack any kind of originality or punch.

Thank you. I guess I should have indicated that I used song titles throughout most of the poem. "Sweetest Thing", "Emotions", "Sunshine Of My Life", "No More Lonely Nights", "My Girl" I am sorry that you were disappointed by the last two stanzas..
