I like the camaraderie balanced with competition that you wrote into this poem. There are so many wonderful poets here and you are one of them. I guess anyone can lead in the beginning but how can anyone hope to keep writing as prolifically as some? One spelling issue is : " Nineth " which should be 'Ninth.'

Hi Roy. Thanks for reading my poem for this Top Ten A bot of fun and iI Will mever be in the Top ten cant write enough or affort the cost LOL Domt know about you but it cost a heap to promote your own work just to keep in in the mix. I look at this as my 'Spending money' LOL and as it is my hobby I can justify the money spent here. Although I do no know how others can afford it. Also I don't have enough 'spare time' to write all the time and often go weeks without a poem or post then have a little surge LOL.
I also believe there are as many deserving poets on FS who equally desreve to be in the Top Ten rating because of the Quality ( not quantity ) of their work si it is a bit subject to many factors. Still I do enjoy everyone support and friendship here and Being ranked 64th is not a bad effort. Ha Ha

Yes, perhaps attack was unfairly strong, Tom.
I had a marvellous discussion on faith with a philosophy professor just post Christmas. Faith in my case was more decision than mystically aquired. (I suspect that's the route to all belief) Having had an encounter with something or somebody that was quite definitely wonderfully alien to anything earthly, my spiritual journey started, in deciding that an omnipotent, omniscient God must exist, my decision became definite, I've never regretted that move, in many infallible proofs, it has been most rewarding in all ways, in relationships, thought patterns, and particularly in hope. (Which is the real motive) the scales of inequality fall away, wisdom's dimensions become much, much broader, and certainty wears a coat. Bless you Tom, I love and admire your skill as a writer, I hope you plumb the depths of the mystical more deeply, there are many dimensions to negotiate and confuse, logic is confined to human senses I'm afraid. This was written as a fun piece and not to be taken too seriously and I believe you deserve you Nuber one ranking because of the great poems and effort you put in to contribute to this site.
