I have a sneaky notion more good lives are dragged down by unsolid loves than meth or crack, but then I live alone in the woods. You don't name this one, but I have seen so many one-liners and 2/4/2s and six word poems, it looks fine.

Comment from Dean Kuch
The unyielding, unending, endless cycle of life, love and death is a beautiful concept, kahpot.
I don't know if I buy into the love portion completely as I've not been too lucky with relationships. And I'm speaking of the type of love that a man has for a woman, of course.
My children and my family I love unconditionally.
I really enjoy seeing writers inspired by other writers. After all, that's why we o this thing called writing, sin't it?
Nice work!

I totally get what you mean and this is amazing. I am very impressed and hope it does well in the competition as a different sort of poem from the usual. Excellent job in turning a subject on it's head kind regards and well done xxx

This is a very lovely love poem you've penned, my friend. It's simple and to the point, saying so much with very little words. ~Kerry

This is an excellent poem. I love the strong beat and your use of words. There is almost a musical feel to your poem and the second part of each line shows love in action.

I think this is a lovely poem about love.
The picture is beautiful and a good match for your poem describing love.
You really say much in your few short words. Well done.

This is not just succinct, it's simple, straight up and poignant. I liked the welding of 'love's sound' with 'life's lived'. Loving in life is very auditory, and living in love actually demands being heard repeatedly.
Brilliant. I wish I had a six left...

I'm surprised there isn't contest for this. It's definitely a winner. Your poem speaks volumes in a few short lines. It takes the reader through all of the steps of life and love.
