LOL! You are on a roll, Bill. Aardvark series is my fav so far. Humorous, clever, and unique with good rhyming. I guess we should be grateful to Ardvarks for keeping the ant population in control. Marilyn

This is a very cute poem about Abraham Aardvark you have penned. You told a very cute story in your poem with great imagery from the art work! Blessings, Teri

Sounds like me and potato chips. Potato chips, potato chips, why do I love you so? Hell I don't know, I just do. It is true, it is true. I fear that old Abraham and I may suffer the very same fate. Brought down because of the excessive amount of food that we ate.

The thing I hate about termites is that the bag they come in is half air.

Holy cow! That should keep him well fed for a while. Seeing that drove all thoughts of cholesterol out of his mind. lol

Cute. I enjoyed reading it.

Wow! What a massive termite mound. The Aardvark could eat here for years. Got a chuckle out of this: He ate them freely with no care at all

about his rising cholesterol.
Well done,mate.
Cheers~

I enjoyed reading your poem "Aardvark 4" I liked the story but the last two lines do not rhyme. Did yoju intend them to?.
All the best.

As a reviewer I like to draw your attention to what may or may not be correct. I do take this seriously and I do not just glance over the poems for $$$$$.
    Sincerely

Lol! Good for him. I know he'd get great quantities of termites in tropical places like Hawaii. Even in concrete high rises, termites get into the cupboards there. Seems like insects would be low cholesterol and high protein. I understand if fried in oil, they can taste like bacon bits.

They are mostly protein; that's probably why he's not worried. : )
