Good luck with looking. Okay, just don't buy a haunted house -- sorry I love the haunted house movies :P It seems that the people always look and love the house to find out it's haunted. Okay, this is silly! :P Just trying to be silly at this time.

Hi, Robyn;
Yes! This is a shot from the family room with its own fireplace. The kitchen is a bit smaller than I'd really like, but it has a formal dining room that we 'could' push into if I really want.

Oh, it is amazing ---- best features, central air conditioning and a completely fenced yard for Howie and Bernie.

Thank you so much for your support. I think Howie and Bernie will love having a fenced yard to run around in. They do well in the apartment - well, except for the noises. Bernie is such a good watchdog, he spends a lot of the time growling.

OK! Just said a prayer that you'll get it. Perhaps it would help if you write a short story or poem to go with the offer. I've heard that Portland home sellers had so many offers that additional essays of why they should sell to that particular buyer was based on the written essay! :))
