This is a shared chapter that is perfect for Fan Story. Writing...the need, the want, the know how, the attempts, and finally a completion, are all addressed in this submission. As I was reading, I noticed a few misspelled words, probably typos. I think if you edit this again you will find them. Start reading the second verse and you will see what I mean, there are more further down the story. It is easy to make these errors when typing. Other than the above, I liked it. The loss referred to was sad and my sympathy is extended sincerely if this is not fiction.

This speaks how one could get his desires fulfilled in writing in order to be a writer and he finds writing is feasible with the head, heart and soul of his only son died as if words flow from him through God; I liked.

I like your theme of encouraging the reader to take up the pen and write. Writing is so therapeutic, it can help us heal. I also like how you traveled to Washington DC for the poetry convention.

I can't give you pointers on writing, I just started myself.
This piece makes me think of what got me started. It was not as tragic as your inspiration. It definitely makes me feel better knowing I'm not alone. That for some people to become the best they can, they are forced to let go of something.
The only conclusion I came to when I started was. when I write this stuff knowing I will share it with someone its stupid and terrible. When I don't let the limitations of the English language get in the way, I put pure feelings and thought on paper. And as far as following the "rules" and such of poetry.. that just makes it feel like work.

Hi Barb we have 3 missing Sons I have one but a missing wife so that makes two so you're missing two loved ones I'm missing to loved ones you write I write seems like you're going through a testing. Wonder why the father test writers Mays because they can feel and sense what goes around them better than most people and they can handle the losses better also there's abilities so we lose our sons and they go to heaven they look down the sea and know all now much more than we could imagine thanks for this talk to Ricky 1024
