Hello there, Maria: What you wrote for this picture is so beautiful. You used it to describe your love in the most special ways. You imagery was perfect in comparing the wonderfulness of the kind of love you get from your loving one. It is lovely and I loved it.

G'day Maria.
Very nicely done and a great addition to the picture this challenge. This is different to all of the other entries and is beautifully written with lovely, touching sentiment.
Great job, my friend.

AAAAhhhh this is precious and the content is very well done telling what your love is to you. I love the progression leading up to the last couple of lines that concludes it. Nicely done

Ironic that you wrote about love, and vitality, and I about the memorial wall in DC. I thought your poem was uplifting about love, and romance all with the same guy!'! Romance is like a garden to me. You plant the seeds of attraction, nurture them, You reap what you sow, and love will grow. Daisies was a good entry for pic this. Thanks for sharing
Hugs, Trisha

nice write Maria Your writing is getting better every time I read it and you are being versatile with your style and form. Initially I thought the double up of the line he makes me smile was too much But then I read it again and now can see why you did it.He dries my tears,
He makes me smile.
He brings me daisies,
He makes me smile.
thanks for sharing

Once again this is such deeply profound messages of the nature of the world depicting the values of a loved one or the Lord
I have only just realized that this is about the third or fourth poem of yours that I have enjoyed about the daisies and their precious value
I am now, after all this time, imagining that this is a series you have going here, LOL
I am now especially pleased that I am your fan because I would be sad to any in that series
blessings
have a smiley day

It's not a series, it must have been a coincidence... I hadn't even noticed myself ;)
Thanks for your review.

This was indeed a different take on the picture, but I did find it enjoyable and interesting. It portrayed a true love, true devotion, true commitment. Very well done and appreciated.

Hi Maria. This is a lovely poem for the Picture This post. Your theme of enduring love is carried throughout the poem with excellent word choices. The last 3 lines are the very best. That's what love is about:
"My love is like the earth.
Always generous,
Always fair."

Yes, how wonderful. The Earth, the seas, the air, all work together, as does a couple going in the same direction. Softly lovely. Blessings...
