I love this ode to beauty, which is itself, beautiful. You revive this classic romantic theme (no beauty like nature) in a poem that has a classic romantic feel to it. I like the idea of beauty "apprehending" us - taking us outside of ourselves. Your poem conveys that sense.
The last stanza is just lovely.

God is the creator of all things and nature takes on that creation. Going through seasonal changes through the year I just take in all that scenery. A very well thought up poem. God Bless. R56ma3

We share a similar spiritual belief--that we can find God in the natural world around us. I like much of the imagery in your poem, especially this couplet: I stand and marvel at the sky/Picasso's paintings passing by. But who is the "they" holding the palette? And may I suggest omitting the last stanza which seems irrelevant to all that preceded it?

A very well-written poem. I agree with you there is no greater artist than the Creator who created heaven earth. No one can do it as perfectly as He did, although they keep trying.

I really liked this piece. the flow is great but the meaning is fantastic, although man is doing his damnedest to screw it up.
