A truthful and honest write and you have a heart of gold, I see homeless people in my home town and often give them and sandwich from the local shop and they are always grateful. Big cities have great wealth yet there always seems to be those with nothing on the streets, it happens all over the world. When I was on a cruise once we called into Cape Verde and children were begging outside the shops, my partner told me not to give them money because they might not leave us alone, but I could not walk by as some of them had no shoes. We cannot change the world, but we can make someone's day occasionally, you should be very proud of this heartwarming write, love Dolly x

I speak of most leaders/politicians/capitol cities/people in power;- not anyone in particular
I feel even though you could not fix the world that day and night of your visit;- you started a chain reaction to reverberate around the universe with a sandwich and a drink;- one day that lady WILL have the opportunity to comfort another and she will do that because of you
Matthew;- The Gospels;- This is one of the most encouraging chapters;- to think He loves us all so much that He left us in the care of one another in trust and faith
He actually has faith in us;- imagine that
"the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, aI was in prison and you came to me.' 37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?' 40 And the King will answer them, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers,you did it to me.'"

This is so true. There is this sad reality everywhere we go these days. This is surely not the world that God intended to give us. I look forward to the days of his original purpose.
My sister lives there in Washington. It's there where she prefers to live on the boardwalks and beg for a living due to her mental illness.
