You are indeed right. It is high time they stood up to be counted. Ours are just as bad. A single line poem! What will they think of next? The Japanese have something called the No theatre in which they produce No plays. Apparently it takes great skill to become a successful No actor. Kibuki is, I believe, easier. Will we have a No form of poetry, with No contests, in which no poets will take part paying No entry fees and getting No results or prizes?

I think we're all getting tired of politicians who take wishy-washy stances on nearly everything.Either you're for something or you're against it. It's pretty cut and dry.
My Grandpa Cook (may he RIP) used to like to say when it came to politicians:
"He needs to sh!t or get off the damn pot!"
Yeah, there were a great many wishy-washy politicians in the 70's and 80's as well.

I cannot help but agree whole heartedly. To live and improve our future must create a certain kind of sanity. Surely? The emphasis on the past will drag us down mentally. Mental health is important to me.
