I have enjoyed reading your acrostic very much. And I have to say thank you as I am a teacher myself. My students are adults (I teach EFL), but it's nice to hear somebody speaking nicely of us for a change. ;)

Interesting - I gave teaching a shot and sucked at it. What bothered me was the range of available subjects is so narrow that many students are not given the opportunity to excel. All of us has survived evolution for millions of years. Why is skill in reading writing and arithmetic such a confining impact on out future? Such creativity students may have but never tapped. We seem all destined to be part of a machine intended to make some richer. Maybe how wealth is distributed is the problem. I hoe some of this made sense. I think it might.
