You did a breath-holding action scene there with Sebastian and his troop. Wonderful, fast and very authentic. And I'm glad for the "change of plans" because I'd rather not have anything final happen to Tessa.

All in all, an exceptional chapter.

This a strong chapter. I like the pacing of it. You share the details such as the smells and sounds very well. It brings the scene to life. The dialogue is strong and realistic. The characters come to life very well. Very enjoyable read.

So much going on here, Casey goes to lunch with his perspective Father in law, who knew and grieved over Casey's mother, which is a fascinating development. But what does he know? He requests Casey does not marry his daughter, so what does he know? Meanwhile Sebastion is stil his own malevolent self, but the plan has changed, instead of killing Tessa, to bring her back to Lillith.
I do admire your synopsis, character line up and legend, Dear Shana, you are a most helpful and thorough author, as well as being gifted in the writing Art, well done, dear girl, blessings, Roy.

Not trying to be mean to Samuel, but I think I'm on Sebastian's side for this. I'm just waiting for him to kill Sam. I have my suspicions about Lilith and Tessa and Steven and I was kind of wondering why she was wanting Tessa killed. I'm glad she came to her senses because that would've been so awful. I wonder if she didn't realize it at first or something. I didn't spot any mistakes. Enjoyed! Keep up the good work!

This is super awesome. Always love to hear your feedback. I know my story has a lot going on, and I always keep my fingers crossed the readers do not get confused. So far, so good. :)
Yes, it seems as if poor 'ol Samuel gets picked on. But he is a Breedline traitor, so maybe he deserves it.
Lilith has some memory loss, so she's not quite sure who Tessa is. Stay tuned... it will all come out.
