This is a poem of love and a definition of the perfect wife. As the saying goes, there is always a good woman behind a strong man.
She has no reason to be afraid of snow for she lives under the sea where there is no snow. Unless snow is a metaphor for marital troubles.
I think it should be she sows wisdom's seed.

What an interesting point of view for this poem. I was worried at first that it was praising domestic life a little too glowingly. As the poem moved forward that fear eased. I'm not against stay at home spouses; they do wonderful things. I suppose when your husband is a superhero it's really nice for him to have someone to come home to.
I'd choose to be Aquaman in love over Batman alone and miserable any day of the week.

What an interesting point of view for this poem. I was worried at first that it was praising domestic life a little too glowingly. As the poem moved forward that fear eased. I'm not against stay at home spouses; they do wonderful things. I suppose when your husband is a superhero it's really nice for him to have someone to come home to.

A superzero answers when asked, "Are you married?" "I don't know. I'll have to go home and check." Oft' times my creator says to me:
