A lot of the problems are the media's fault. But then why should we be surprised? This kind of media irresponsibility has been going on forever. Murrow's corpse must be spinning.

But blaming the news aside, we have to take responsibility for the way we respond to the news. It's time to set aside our quarrels and act like adults.

Freedom is a funny word, it has different definitions to different people, for some free to smoke or drink, could mean death to someone else. This is the second poem from you that I've read, I think. As before, you still have a great and valid message for your country and people, wrapped in telling words.
The "extremes" certainly have very little in the grey matter, so what comes out through their mouths is no more than bull. And the media has produced and nurtured empty-headedness with fanatic vigour, urging populations not to think but to consume.
