I have wondered about you from time to time, and almost dropped you a line. But it's come to that place in time where sometimes we would just rather not know why someone hasn't been around. I called yesterday to check on an old friend, but I called a day too late. Lucky for us, the time on this old earth is short, but eternal life lasts forever. Praise the Lord! Thanks for sharing another of your fine poems. :-)

Ric, thank you for this great review and comments. Ric, I came very close to dying back in June from kidney failure and a very high grade MRSA infection. They had to revive me in the emergency room, then took me to the cardiac care unit. I was in a comma for three days. I spent a total of twelve days in isolation.. I've been told that I have to face a long road to recovery.

Ulla, I'm not totally back because I am still in recovery. Back in June, I came very close to dying. Actually, the doctors had to revive me in the emergency room. They took me up to the cardiac care unit and put me in isolation for twelve days. I was in a comma for three days and came out of it not knowing where I was or why. My kidneys failed from a very high grade MRSA infection throughout my entire body. All my doctor's have concluded that my road to recovery will be very long and difficult. I'm finding that they are absolutely right.

Now, thank you my friend for this most excellent review and comments. I believe you know who this is for and she is the one that has promoted our poem. Ulla, she means the world to me. Her support helped get me through this tough situation.

Jim, you have been through a tough time and you still are. You sound like a fighter though. My thougts have often been with you. I was worried, and I can't say how pleased I am to hear from you.
