Cool picture to go with this creative use of the bookend monorhyme style. The outer couplets focus on the external impression and the internal fire while the middle quatrain gives must more detail about the dragons.

The artwork was perfect for the poem. The bookend monorhyme is a complicated form that worked beautifully here. The rhymes and near rhymes create a musicality to the poem. Good luck in the contest.

This speaks about hot dragon fire that flash on a whim, their wings spread wide to fly and they have many colours in common with the same fiery glow and spreads; I liked.
