This chapter moves the story along very well. There is a strong tie to the girl's indecision over the future of her child.

I found myself wondering about the money the father gave her. to me, it tells a lot about him but we're not told.

This is a very good chapter you have penned my friend. I liked that she didn't go through with the abortion. I am glad she is giving the baby up for adoption if she can't take care of it! Great wording and dialogue! Teri

If I have time this weekend, I may go back and read the other chapters. I will definitely be looking for the new ones next week.

I can only imagine the heartache in deciding to give a child up. The sadness and rejection Jenny feels when Ron won't even talk about the best decision or his feelings comes right off the page.
I will keep following to see what happens.

Jenny is lucky she didn't marry Ron. He's a real jerk. Surely he knew WHY she left his house that night, seeing a strange woman there, but he didn't bother to explain who it was. Almost seems as tho he was looking for a way out.

Hi Patty, this is still a great story. I am still so interested to see if she really goes all the way through with the adoption. It really takes a rare and a strong woman to give a loving couple a baby to raise. This is a very special thing for couples who want children and can't have one of their own. I'm interest to see what did she really do though and judge I shall not.

What a great situation for the baby! It's wonderful when there are loving adoptive parents who want to raise a child. So often I learned that those parents who adopted finally had a child themselves. Great continuation of the story. Wonder what Ron thought as he saw that Jenny kept the baby.
