Good morning Patty: I love your interpretation of this picture. When I first saw this picture, I thought first, of how much I truly love pearls. I thought of how I wear them with my Sunday dresses and how beautifully they compliment my outfits. I then thought about how wonderfully they are made. How marvelously God has stored them into their own special container and over a period of time they are perfected, one at a time. How amazing this is when I actually think about it. I must google this information about the creation of the pearl.
Your poem is wonderfully done. I love it and this picture is too beautiful because I love fashion and the pearls always dress up a dress.

Hi Tier; thank you so much for enjoying this poem about the 'Picture This' photo. I love pearls, and this picture was just elegant.

Patty,
a well-presented Rondelet, can't fault it.
It's a style I've never taken to myself ... it being
too repetitive for my taste. However, it seems to
be very popular with FS members.
Blessings,
Margaret

Hi Margaret; thank you so much for the lovely compliment on my 'Picture This' poem for the challenge. As I try different poetic forms, I learn how challenging, or not, each one is to write.
I like the ones I need to fit together like a puzzle best,

Patty, this is a great Rondelet poem for the Picture Challenge. I like its short and sweet approach but still very effective with the beauty of the pearls described. I'm not surprised "She loves her pearls" - what woman doesn't. Great job on this most enjoyable read. It certainly is very opposite to my contribution to the challenge but I hope you like it none the less. :-)

Hi patty. I've seen a few of these. The pieces are great but yours has an elegance to it that others do not. I loved it and wish you nothing buy Pearls ... good luck. xoxo Kiwi

I have not tried Rondezlet yet, but I enjoyed yours. It's fascinating to read different interpretations for this subject. I thank you for sharing about the 'pearl girl'

Awe, another beauty in this contest about the picture. thanks for the author notes that explain this type of contest or BOO would be blind as a bat. The shade of pink looks great for this. Iridescent, that is a Power Word! Impressed and like the word, it has class. oh,she loves the pearls and who can blame her. Poor oyster had to work hard to get that and we take and eat him.

Patty: she loves her pearls. I think more women should wear pearls.
Bring them back in style. Coco Chanel made pearls popular. Great
rondelet for this challenge. There are many kinds of pearls. I like to
bead jewelry and use pearls in my designs. Pearls are expensive and
unique like your beautiful poem!!!! (((********************)) flylikeaneagle
