I DO think the second line needs to be a question and I used the third to answer the question; here are the requirements of the form as presented on shadowpoetry.com

QUINZAINE POETRY

The English word quinzaine come from the French word qunize, meaning fifteen. A quinzaine is an unrhymed verse of fifteen syllables.

These syllables are distributed among three lines so that there are seven syllables in the first line, five in the second line and three in the third line (7/5/3). The first line makes a statement. The next two lines ask a question relating to the statement.

My, my, my - Patty - Your grand daughter has to be one of the most beautiful little girls I have ever seen in my life. WOW, she is a princess. I am so happy for you that you have her in your life. This is another thing that you still have that I don't so i will be living through you again. My son had a wife and son but when his wife left him before he died, she never returned to allow me to see my grandson. Now that my son has passed away, I really never hear from her or my grandson. He is 13 years old by now. He lived with us for the first two years of his life but I am sure that he does not remember us at all.

Anyway, enjoy being grandma like I know you do. She is marvelous and so is this poem in her honor.
