You've written a good poem.
It's going to be captured just like the image .
It consists of three lines with a syllable count of 5-7-5
The image shown supports the poem. The background goes well with the art and color of font selected.
Best of luck to you in the contest.
Thanks for sharing your Butterfly.
Good luck with your future writing.

Thank you for this lovely review, Nicole. I feel for those little butterflies pinned down forever, when they could have died the way nature intended.

I think creating a perpetual trophy,
and apprehending a trophy of beauty,
is to pin it to a board heh heh.
Well done Val, you've done extremely wel in this contest,
good luck, blessings, Roy

Your verse depicts the way some butterflies end:
Wild butterfly pinned
to paper under clear glass
Frozen blue beauty
This one will no longer be flying free.

Thank you for the review, and for "getting" my little poem. Yes, "this one will no longer be flying free" - sadly.

A perfect entry for the contest Val. It could certainly be a haiku, your well thought out words have painted the picture of the beautiful insect.
I wish you good luck in the contest

You know I treasure your "exceptional reviews," but I love your support more. This one isn't perfect, and the last line isn't where I want it. But the picture of butterflies pinned and on display just came to me, and I had to write about it. Hugs Buddy

Thank you for this exceptional review, and believe me I treasure every one. I wanted it to be be clear and concise to prove my point. I hate displays of butterflies like this, and I just wish they could die as nature planned it.
