Poem reads well and meets 5-7-5 flower contest requests. The picture of a blue rose supports the poem. The content brings in mind the image of courtly love and heaven. Consider some edits on the background color that would march to the mood and them of the poem. Also, consider those who have reading issues thus heavily contrast you font to the background for legibility purposes.

Blue and green are my favourite colours, reminding me of the sea which I have a great affinity with. I would not like a blue rose because it would be dyed and therefore unnatural, however the metaphor of the blue rose works well in this poem, I wish you the best of luck in this competition this is excellent kindest regards Meia x
