This just breaks my heart, bless all those souls. The poor were treated so badly, and left to die. I think you did a nice job of telling their story in a poem. It must have been a terrifying time for those people. Thank you for sharing, and best of luck in the contest!

A very well-written poem about the Titanic and its early grave on its first voyage. Many lives were lost including for fifty children which is very sad and heartbreaking.

Oh, how I wanted a happier ending, but life ain't fair and the Titanic disaster was an example, except that the rich, as you have so well pointed out, didn't suffer near the losses of the poor. Thanks for a well done story poem.
