Hello, Michael,

The adventures of Pepe go on... hehehe... I love his name. Poor little fellow, lost in the big world with hunters shooting at him. Good job, honey.

Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level

Just prior to Miss Stern Lecture's entrance:
-Billy comes upon (a) (the) rundown schoolhouse? just a thought.

I am enjoying the fun story. I can't wait to see what happens next.
Where have Billy and Nancy gone off to? Hummm

Again, great characters. I love 'Soup Dejour'.

Well, Mikey, there is a question about whether or not this is fantasy. To me, it could easily be factual, having become familiar with the writer. In any case, the story is delightful so perhaps I can forgive the uncertain basis and just congratulate you on a job well done. Looking forward to more of the adventures of Pepe, forgive my humour, Giddy

I don't know if you deliberately wanted to spell the "you're" below like you did. But I've corrected it anyway.

Pepe
I thought you're(your) sign was meant to amuse ... I ah ... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to anger you. Your shell is amazing. I had no idea they came in such dazzling colours ... anyway, I meant no harm.

I continue to enjoy the story.

Cheers,
Apky

Hurrah! The duck isn't dead. But, he's certainly no closer to home, is he? It looks like he is off a a merry adventure with the multi-colored turtle in tow.

Looking forward to more,

I'm glad Billy and Nancy escaped. I doubt the teacher would have let them search for Pepe. I can't wait for more.

The turtle snaps his head and feet inside his shell and a 'gone fishin' sign pops out the rear. (cute and creative)

Hi Mikey,

This is certainly unfolding to be some sort of a fantasy, with an orange duck and all. Hopefully he won't become duck dinner before he's found by Billy and Nancy.

A duck and a turtle... what could happen next?

LOL! I love your character's names: Miss Stern Lecture and Nancy Pants. Cute story. Didn't much care the poop-squirting part, but it fit well and helped the little orange duck get away. :)
