Hello,
This is the kind of story where a strong message will be developing throughout.
Your character development is enticing as the voice of each is unique.
Very creative,
Rubylou

Hi Mikey,

This is certainly an interesting world with talking ducks, sweet children, and rude adults. I just had one small fix, I think:

Of course, a duck diner sure sounds better than a fryin' pan full of teeny minnow. (Diner or dinner?)

The names are certainly creative, too.

Kim

I don't like the idea of Pepe being shot one little bit. I did, however enjoy reading your skit and cant wait for the conclusion. Is Pepe all right?

Sure this is fantasy, know a lot of grownups who have rubber duckies. Easy to read. Big, bold letters. this is cute: Pepe waddles up to a little girl sitting on a bench waiting for the school bus.
The bus driver hears nothing but: "Quack, quack, quack." He laughs and motions Nancy on the bus and the door swooshes shut before Pepe can board. Nice. I am quacking up! Humorous and witty. BOO-rageous!

It all seems to hinge upon the duck dinner . Cute names in the dialogue to hold interest. Talking animals have held their own with adults for quite awhile now, thanks to Beatrix Potter. My money is on the ducky, Pepe.

I like the fact that only the children can hear Pepe talk. Enjoyed Humper's little side story too. Well done with this fantasy script mikey, but did the old man have duck for dinner or not?
typo - a duck diner (dinner)
cheers,

I just shake my head, Mikey! Only you could come up with these delightful characters and from reading the rules it all looks to be right on track. Good luck with your script which is most unusual, (understatement of the year! LOL) Giddy

Shit!! I am going to spew if that arsehole has shot pepe!!
You know Michael I am usually not one for short stories as my concentration span is fkd. I really do enjoy dialogue poems for some reason.
I can't wait for the next instalment to hear if Pepe was shot or not
thanks for sharing Michael.
