This has a technique I like a lot. It stretched the brain to think of the possibilities of what it must have been like in your mind. My brother was hit by a car on his bike a week before his 40th birthday. He told of strange conceptualizations. One was he'd come up with a great idea. That they have a boxing ring in the basement of his hospital. That way if they got head injuries, they could just come right over to the hospital. Your use of personification intrigues me. I will hope to get back to Chap 2 soon.

Delightfully creative. Different parts of the body talking to each other. That's a good way to express that we're all in this together, mind, body, and soul. I thought it was a fresh idea and fun to read. I thoroughly enjoyable.
