Debonair...I think this is how I felt, until I read the beautiful and interesting explanation as well. Intrigued and pleasantly surprised is how I feel now...
Best,
Gianina

This is the second time I have seen this picture and your words does fit the picture well. He does look debonair and haughty. I wonder if his name is Simon Cowell lol. Good luck in the contest and thank you for sharing.

Hi; the picture is being used by the 'Picture this' group here on FanStory. I think there are about twenty of the writers and every two weeks they are assigned a picture to write about. I joined the group yesterday because it looked fun.

I doubled my fun by using the challenge to enter a contest. I like to give myself challenges!

thank you for reading and the lovely review,

Your syllable count is perfect for the tetractys contest. I've been enjoying this photo pop up from the picture-it challenge group:)

Great entry - good luck.

The poet brings humor to poetry and met the tetracty form. The poet told a story of a ape looking confident and charming using discarded napkin for a hat. Liked the poet choice of words, picture, background and font colors. Thank you for the notes.

Hi Kerry; thank you for the wonderful review of this poem. The orangutan was too cute to NOT put him into some kind of contest, and this was a fun 'picture this' challenge for me.

    I appreciate your kind words,

Just by reading this picture and poem, I can tell that this orangutan's mind says: "I know I look good, you cannot tell me otherwise," lol. I love animals just like you. Keep up the good work! Thanks again for the laugh.

A very well-written Tetractys and a great interpretation of the 'picture this' challenge. The ape species do the darnest things in the presence of humans and they don't even realize how funny the the things they do are.
