Hi there; this IS a picture of Howie. He is a Maltese/Pekingnese. He is hypoallergenic and he doesn't shed. I love it!

Hi Joan; oh, I'm so sorry you can't have a dog again. I'm not sure what I would do if I couldn't have 'the boys.' Howie and Bernie are a huge part of my life. (I have to write a poem about Bernie now - to keep it fair.) Thank you for reading and reviewing,

This aptly describes the unconditional love of a dog. They don't ask questions or state conditions but they are always there for us. It is no wonder that so many of the homeless have a dog with them.
