Hi there; no, Howie doesn't grunt. He tends to roll his eyes and growl when he plays. My Bernie DOES talk. He makes this moaning sound and you can tell he is desperately trying to say words!

that is all they are about and all they can do is show us love that asks only for love in return. I have worked with rescues and some are beyond reaching but when I do, it is glorious to see the love that someone else threw away

He's so cute and cuddly-looking. But don't his nails scratch you or the sheets? I also hear that some people can't sleep because of their pets' motion or snoring. But the companionship is worth it.

Hi; thank you for the concern. Howie doesn't use his nails to scratch, so we don't have any problems with that. He stays pretty still, too. Bernie DOES snore, but I drown him out. *smile*
