Important topic. and the conclusion of the poacher's extinction. did you think on pluralizing poacher, poacher's extinction, implies them not the animals. just a suggestion

Yes, if the poachers became extinct that would save the "elephants, rhinos, tigers." Your well-chosen words make a strong ecological statement on a global scale--the eradication of poachers.
